Serra de' Conti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ancona in the Italian region Marche, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of Ancona. Serra de' Conti borders the following municipalities: Arcevia, Barbara, Montecarotto, Ostra Vetere.
